The Ottawa Public Library Foundation seeks Partners to develop and/or help fund several special projects and events.
Partners are organizations, often business corporations, other foundations, government agencies or community groups who wish to develop a long-term and or targeted relationship with a charitable organization to pursue common goals for the betterment of the community they share.
Partners can contribute funds or in-kind services such as marketing and communications, advanced computer facilities, printing and publishing, telephone systems, or other items.
Partners can be recognized through newspaper advertisements, OPL Foundation marketing materials, in annual reports and on the Foundation’s web site. This could also include your company/group/organization name/logo: on the front cover of invitations, reply card and programs; featured prominently on all bilingual promotional materials from the date the agreement is signed; headlines in on-site signage in the reception area and near the podium; in advertisements in the Ottawa Citizen and other community newspapers. Additional opportunities for recognition are also possible.
Partnerships opportunities are guided by the joint fundraising policies related to donations and sponsorships of the Ottawa Public Library and the Ottawa Public Library.
For more information and/or to discuss partnership opportunities related to the Library’s programs and services, including the OPL Foundation’s annual Literary Evening please contact Kathleen Brooks, the OPLF Manager of Annual Giving:
